Below is a podcast I created that describes three unique strategies, to keep your students engaged in the learning process. I have found these strategies to be successful in my classroom as an intermediate age teacher. I hope this podcast helps those teachers that may be struggling to find effective engagement and classroom management strategies. I created this podcast on using Anchor and my iPad speakers to record. Anchor is an easy way to record and share any voice recording to Spotify and other listening apps.

The theory I used to help navigate my decision while making this podcast is the personalization principle as discussed in Multimedia Learning by Mayer (1). I wanted this podcast to feel like a conversation between two people in order to maintain attention and seem relatable to those in the education field.
